Mary Salamea of Cuenca, Ecuador, a P.E.A.C.E. student ambassador, will be spending the 2008-2009 academic year attending Blacklick Valley HS and living with a local host family, Joseph & Judy McClain of Ebensburg. María’s interests include volleyball, swimming, aerobics, drawing, painting, ceramics, computer, and volunteering at a homeless shelter, as well as studying drawing, literature, and history. |
