Emilia Cordero of Cuenca, Ecuador, a P.E.A.C.E. student ambassador, will be spending the 2008-2009 academic year attending Avella JSHS and living with a local host family, Ken & Kathy Shrontz of Claysville.  Emilia’s main interests are playing basketball, soccer, volleyball, swimming, tennis, bowling, golf and gymnastics.  Other interests include chorus, ceramics, dance, ballet, photography,reading, camping, hiking, bicylcling and horseback riding, as well as studying math, art and sports.
